Many thanks to all the families who donated diapers, wipes, and baby clothes to the Chester County Women's Services. And thanks to our fourth grade classes who filled the bus and made the delivery themselves!

February 6 - 10Help us sow God's grace to our hungry neighbors! Bring your unopened dry cereal to WCA between February 6 and 10. We'll fill the bus with your donations and then drive them to the Chester County Food Bank to unload. He has filled the hungry with good things! (Luke 1:53) As the new year is flying by already, we're excited to be gearing up for the kickoff of our 2017 Sow Grace project. Here's what you can look forward to:
February: Fill the Bus! Cereal Drive (donations to Chester County Food Bank) May: Fill the Bus! Baby Item Drive (donations to Chester County Women's Services) spring - summer: Another year of our Sow Grace garden (produce donated to Chester County Food Bank) I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth. He who plants and he who waters are one, and each will receive his wages according to his labor. For we are God's fellow workers. You are God's field, God's building. (1 Cor. 3:6–9) Summer 2016 was a fruitful year, with over 260 pounds of produce donated to the Chester County Food Bank, in addition to a successful food drive in the spring. Our students worked to gather and donate over 1,700 diapers and 3,000 wipes to the Chester County Women's Services. Record amounts of funding were given to support Windsor Christian Academy. Praise God! Many thanks to all who donated food, diapers, time in the garden, and money to support the ministry of WCA.
Continue to check back for updates on our 2016-17 project. We can't wait to get started! Our volunteers are hard at work growing peppers, cucumbers, eggplants and more! We've donated over 150 pounds of produce to the food bank so far this summer! Make sure to check online to see when you've signed up to help garden!
This past month, we were able to donate a grand total of 86.8 pounds of produce to the Chester County Food Bank, where it will serve families in need throughout Chester County! We are all looking forward to seeing what the rest of this summer will bring, and very proud of our students' hard work. It is so exciting to think of the produce they helped to grow feeding families throughout our area! Thank you to everyone for their hard work, and be sure to check the Signup Genius to see when your family is signed up to help this summer! Hope to see you soon!
